Medford, NJ – Polymer Solutions International Inc. (PSI) is thrilled to announce that the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) has inducted Dan Kelly, Founder and CEO of PSI, into its prestigious Bottled Water Hall of Fame.
The honor was bestowed during IBWA’s Annual Business Meeting on November 6, 2024, in Chicago. The induction into the Hall of Fame recognizes unparalleled contributions to the bottled water industry made by Dan and his decades-long dedication to sustainability and innovation.
With over 27 years at the helm of PSI, Dan has revolutionized the reusable material handling industry, serving sectors ranging from food and beverage to pharmaceutical and retail. Under his leadership, PSI has consistently engineered innovative, sustainable solutions that optimize supply chains, reduce costs, and enhance product protection.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Steve Kurth, a long-time colleague of Mr. Kelly, said:
“Dan is a true visionary, problem solver, listener, and leader, who has a desire to assist in any situation. His dedication to the bottled water industry and IBWA has been unwavering. This recognition is a testament to his extraordinary career and service to the industry.”
Beyond his professional achievements, Dan has been an active member of IBWA for decades, serving on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, as well as being co-chair of the Supplier and Convention Committee.
His charitable efforts have further demonstrated his leadership. Among others, Dan has a long history of bottled water donations during natural disaster relief efforts, most recently two truckloads to the Asheville, NC area which was devastated by Hurricane Helene. In addition, Dan is a continued supporter of the Drinking Water Research Foundation, an organization dedicated to scientific research to improve water quality and resource management across the nation.
Since its inception, only 43 individuals have been inducted into the IBWA Bottled Water Hall of Fame. Dan Kelly now joins this esteemed group, celebrated for his extraordinary achievements and influence and showcasing his contributions, creativity, and commitment to the industry.
